CampeloLabs (“we”, “us”) operates the AI Operating System for Startups course and this waitlist, available at www.campelolabs.com. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

When you join the waitlist and verify your email, we collect:

• Email address
• First and last name
• Startup name
• Your role
• Startup website
• Phone number
• Startup country

We do not collect this information until you confirm your email with the one-time code.

• To run the waitlist and let you know when the course opens.
• To verify that the email belongs to you (we send a 6-digit confirmation code — a simple security measure).
• To connect you with other students for the exchange of experiences inside a private CampeloLabs community of founders.

The community is private and closed — it is limited to CampeloLabs students. Your details are used only to enable peer connections within that community. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

We process your data based on the consent you give when you check the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); withdrawing it does not affect processing done before the withdrawal.

We use Resend to store contacts and send the verification and waitlist emails. Your data is processed on their infrastructure under their security and privacy terms.

We keep your data while you are on the waitlist and a member of the community, and remove it when you ask us to.

You can delete your data yourself, at any time, on our data removal page: enter your email, confirm the 6-digit code we send you, and your contact is permanently removed from our records — automatically. This also withdraws your consent.
